Greetings of Power, Love and Wisdom from my heart to you!
I AM a humble spiritual/psychological/physical-earthly Evolution Teacher, Minister and Integrated Healer of the I AM University.

So one could say that I AM an Integrated Fitness Coach on all levels. We all are gifted with many body’s as a soul ( and they are our instruments to learn here on earth) and our body’s are Gods temple and this is as well the temple of your soul!

My mission and profession and passion is to help people to become mental fit, emotional fit, spiritual fit and also physical fit!

Or to rephrase it, I can help you that you master your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual Body’s. This is the very key to your Self- and God-Realization for there must be an alignment and consistency of the four bodies: Spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical!

Beloved one, here what I say to you: What you do on one level, you must do on all levels – otherwise don’t do it at all!

There are many lightworkers and/or spiritual people in this world who become highly enamored with the Spiritual or Heavenly level and become too ungrounded and create physical health problems. They favour the “higher body’s” and the higher chakras more and so they can become ungrounded and imbalanced even if the may be highly spiritual!

They may not eat right or exercise. They may drink too much coffee or smoke cigarettes, which eventually takes a toll on their Physical health and energy levels. The food they eat is too processed or junk food. Also dear one, when you want to raise your energies, I would humbly recommend not eating dead body’s anymore for this lowers your vibrations as well!

They may eat too much sugar or not get enough sleep. They do no sports or Yoga and get not enough sunshine and air. All their energy is in their higher Chakras and little energy in their lower Chakras and this will take a toll on the Physical organs and glands in their Physical Body.
This is the very reason for many symptoms light workers have in the New Age Movement. Integration and Balance is always the key!

Very often is there is also a problem which manifests when a person is raising their vibration and frequency Spiritually at an very high rate through imbalanced amount of meditations and exercises only on the spiritual level and they may even have achieved their ascension, which is just a certain percentage of their light quotients.

When your physical body is not evolved at a similar rate of growth in terms of frequency, one can and will often get sick a lot. This then is a type of “cleansing crisis” so to speak to raise the vibration and frequency of the physical vehicle to catch up with the spiritual vehicle.

So you may ask: How do I raise the frequency of my physical vehicle/body beloved reader?

This is done by eating a good diet, physical exercise, sleep, grounding your spiritual energy, holding and demonstrating a proper Spiritual psychology, drinking the Water of Life, connecting with nature, practicing the Presence of GOD on Earth and creating Heaven on Earth in your daily life. I would also add to this that you should enjoy Earth life and learn to love Earth life instead of trying to escape Earth life! ;) No lightworker will be freed of the wheel of rebirth, when they do not master this aspect! For earth is really one of the seven heavens of God!

Your physical body literally is made up of what you eat and drink and this are the stones which build the cells of your physical body temple and the River of Life circulating through it and this is your blood. So be very careful and wise here I would humbly recommend. Live through Spirit and dine with GOD! Make your body temple a place where angels would love to come to live.

How do I raise the frequency of my mental body?

Think only positive spiritual thoughts and your temple of the mental body will be polished by keeping your mind steady in the light! Push out of your mind, at the gate of your Golden Bubble of Protection, all negative Ego / fear- based/ separative/ attacking / dualistic/ Babylon Thoughts!

Your emotional Body and temple is polished and beautified by your god pure feelings and emotions and by purity in thoughts, for it is our thoughts that create our emotions and feelings, so when you master your mental body you will master as well your emotional body! Your feelings and emotions are the material which make up your emotional body and to properly prepare your emotional body temple, create only feelings of joy, love, bliss, ecstasy, humbleness, and Spiritual fulfilment throughout your day and life.

Your physical body which is subject to the temptations, pleasures and dealings of the outer world, could be seen as your outer court so to speak and your emotional and mental body’s are the Holy Place where one prepares psychologically for union with the Divine in the Holy of Holies by purifying, cleansing, and attuning one's thoughts and feelings through proper use of your mind in service of God and your brothers and sisters and this is the very key that unlocks the door to the Christ/ Buddha/Atma/ Krishna/ Moses/ Mohamed and in truth to your beloved Father/Mother God!

For in this New Millenium it is law that it is the mind which leads you to your Holy of Holies and to full and complete merger with the high priest within, your individual I Am Presence and Monad and the I Am, and this makes the innermost Holy of Holies of your inner temple a symbol of your very Spirituality!

So dear one, prepare your outer temple, your home and environs, AND your inner temple as I have outlined in this small article so he and she (God/Allah/Brahma/Adonai) may find your greater temple of consciousness in excellent condition!

May all your divine bodies mirror the beauty of Salomon’s Temple Beautiful of old and in truth it will be so, if you work on your Consciousness in an integrated and balanced way for if your Character is fine the soul and body’s will shine in perfect radiant health!

This is so true for I see it in me and as well in may of my students!

Beloved one, you are in truth very holy for true identity is an incarnating Soul, and Son and Daughter of GOD, or the Christ/ Buddha!

You are Beautiful, multidimensional, immortal and you are pure love in truth and I will teach and coach that every feeling you create becomes holy, every piece of energy you emanate becomes Holy, and so also your physical actions will become Holy and so your future life as well! ;)

And in so doing you will end up touching people and things in infinite numbers of ways! Your Holiness will bless everyone and everything. You will bless yourself and you will bless your Brothers and Sisters and all Creation.
