~Don’t take on more than you can chew and if you find yourself in a situation where you have potentially set yourself up for stress and anguish, do something about it and take control of the situation and your life. Only you can create a change in your patterns of behavior for the best.
~Refuse to compromise your own expectations for the benefits of others. Stand in your power as a woman and know that it is extremely fine to call the shots that behoove your way of living.
