MLM Prospecting - Attraction, Retention, and Duplication by Larry Genik

The important thing to succeed in network and multi level marketing is attraction marketing (making leads come to you instead of you cold calling and going to them,) and also retention and duplication. You have to stay in the system long enough to get it to work. You have to be patient. And you have to follow the system. You have to write articles, make videos, market, and stay in to eventually make at least 10-12 leads per day. After that a percentage will join your primary business. And what you need to do is establish yourself as a leader. And that is easy, you just follow what your upline has been doing and "follow the lead." If you have any questions, you just ask your upline. If you're on my team I won't lie to you. If I don't know I will ask my upline and if my sponsor doesn't know he'll ask his sponser. And it will go all the way up the ladder to the top so that you don't just get the right answer but the absolute and perfect answer and strategy to any and all specific questions that you or anyone in your downline may have. Similarly, just tell your downline to market, write articles on the dozens of sites that I provide for you, make videos on the dozens of websites that I provide for you. And be patient. Stay in. Don't give up until you're at least making 10-12 leads per day. You have to stay in and that is what retention is. The other thing is duplication, once you start recruiting leads, you basically have to just show them and teach them what you do, and tell them to come up with their own unique content. Articles, videos, and more. If you visit the marketing boot camp of MLM LeadSystemPro in the back office part, they show you dozens of things that you can do to market. You and your team each have to find your own niche of what you like to do to market. For me it's writing articles and making videos. But you can do that or something else. There are literally hundreds of ways to market both online and offline and there are dozens of training videos in the backoffice that show you dozens of ways and strategies for that too, but what's more is that you can take those ideas and brainstorm for hundreds of more ways as well.

Also, there is no point in people who will join you and you don't retain them. If they quit after 2-3 months, they haven't made any money, which is a total loss and failure to them and I hate to disappoint people and have them waste their money. Also, you haven't really made anything significant in terms of your commissions and profits either. If you don't have retention, it's like pouring water into a bucket with holes in it. It will never fill up. So I can't stress how important it is that you really attract people and make them understand that the truly successful people in this industry are the ones who have the greatest retention rate, and duplicate which is what I do, you do, and your downline does too, all with new, unique, creative content.

Use traffic geyser to get yourself on Google for free without using pay per click advertising and increase your chances of getting leads funneling through your sales funnel and signing up on your capture page. There are videos in the backoffice and I can even show you how to search for the right keywords to put yourself on the very first page of Google. Imagine the advertising power you can have if you're on the first page of Google where millions of people that are searching for your specific keywords find you. How many millions of people will you reach, and attract into your very own sales funnel. And how many of them will opt-in, sign up, and further continue into your primary business. There is a percentage of each. And although it various it's usually 10% of 10% of 10% and so forth.

You also have to have a primary business because that is what takes you from making $500 dollars per month to building a true 5 figure plus residual income every single month. This is the true MLM company. Lead system pro is just a marketing site to attract leads to you and go through your sales funnel. It pays you for each person that you personally enroll but it doesn't go beyond one person. A primary business lets you earn money for each person you sign up and each person that they sign up and it literally becomes viral.

Currently my primary business is iLearning Global. The strategy with iLearning Global is to start off with signing up 5 people. Your job then is to help those 5 achieve 5. That's a total of 25 people that you're going to help in your downline enroll. After that you're done, but why stop at 5? You can keep adding people to your downline but before I talk about that I just wanted to mention that once you're done helping those 25 people in your downline your original 5 people should already have enough information and experience to help their 5 people where they will each have to train 25 people. So it basically becomes automatic. And with the auto-responder and always staying in touch within the system by you always providing your email address, facebook contact information, website, phone number, and so forth. If anyone ever has questions you can always ask your upline. So, if you don't know the answer, just say so and ask your sponsor. Don't make something up and don't lie. If your sponsor doesn't know he'll ask all the way up the ladder to the top to give the best answer possible and that is truly the best way to make yourself including your downline successful because you are giving honest answers and the best strategies for success and learning at the same time. This is what increases your retention and make sure that this is duplicated all the way down so your recruits down the ladder don't start to break apart because people think they know the right answer but don't but are just so nervous or excited or desperate to answer the question but they don't really know the best answer and strategy to that question. That wrong answer will destroy their network, a network that is really your downline, your team. So this is a very important point. You don't want your downline to start breaking apart because someone gives someone else the wrong answer. You want to build your downline up so that those people that are your team are empowered with knowledge and guidance to truly sustain a strong network downline that can more than skyrocket your leads profits.

I mentioned earlier, but why stop at 5? You can stop, but you don't have to. Keep recruiting more and more people. Recruit 5 more and help them train their 25 all over again and now look, you've just doubled your recruits, doubled your network, and doubled your profits!! You can just keep doing this virally.

You want to be a leader, you want to be a master. There has to be a system. So remember the phrase, he who teaches himself has a fool for a master. Don't be put into the category of the blind leading the blind. You will not achieve success in this way, and neither will anyone else in your downline. You and they will fail, making your whole business pointless. And this is a business, it's not a get rich scheme. Have a training system that shows you what to do A to Z. You have a phenomenal system. You have a phenomenal training program, and you have a phenomenal company whether you advertise it on the internet or in person, and there is plenty of video training on that as well, as I mentioned before. So use your expert! Use me.
