Making Money Online Takes Resolve, Time, And Patience

So, you want to make money online. My advice is: Find a program that fits your needs and stay with it. Sounds easy doesn’t it. Well, the truth is it’s not easy and an online business is not a get rich quick business. I'm sure you have started a business or two already only to find out that it’s not so easy or it just wasn't what you thought it was. You’ve dealt with the first hurdle and you kept looking. Now, you’ve found the business you want to get into and you are facing the biggest hurdle. That of staying with it until you feel the beginnings of success. You’ve got to give yourself adequate time to learn the business and to work with it before you start making money. Counsel yourself to be realistic.

Now, you've been in it for two or three months and already you are impatient. You’ve told yourself from day one that you can do this and that it will take time. But, deep inside, you are not patient and your emotions start to work on you. You want the rewards fast. Yet, you know you must have time to absorb the training to get results. You can’t immediately become successful without studying hard and applying everything you learn. So, what are you going to do? Quit and do nothing? How much money is that going to bring you? Get a job? I thought the idea was to be your own boss. What’s all that emotion going to get you? How will you ever do this if you are not patient.

Here are a few tips that will help strengthen your resolve:

1. First of all if funds are tight, the business you have found must be very reasonable or free. If not, go back to the drawing board and find one that will not break you financially.

2. Find a business that provides all the training you’ll need at no extra cost.

3. Find a business that provides a great support system that will be there when you need it.

4. Listen to your mentors and follow their advice. Be sure the business has knowledgeable leaders who are successful. Don’t get caught up in something where the founders have very little experience or “know how”. Believe me, they are out there and are only interested in the dollars.

5. Study hard so when you are asked for advice, you give good sound advice. Know what you are talking about or ask your mentors or trainers.

6. Broaden your focus to helping others succeed. If you just follow the money that is all you will do. But, if you help others along the way you will add interest to your own life and you will reap the rewards.

7. And last, but certainly not the least, get back to patience. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will you succeed in a day.

Re-evaluate your “passion” or your “why”. Why are you doing this in the first place. Do you really want to be your own boss? Do you want to work from home? What fires you up? It is your passion that will keep you going. Help others and your passion will help you. As you become more and more involved in helping others you will find yourself enjoying the things that will make you an expert internet marketer and gain all the success you dreamed of. The rest will be easier.
