After having completed your objectives, what do you say to yourself? How would you congratulate yourself for a job well done? Do you acknowledge the efforts of other people who have been instrumental in bringing you where you are, or don’t you? Has your endeavour been a solitary effort?

Imagine what you would say to yourself and how you would feel upon saying it.

6. WHAT DO YOU SAY TO OTHERS?

Given that you see other people with you during visualization exercises, what would you say to them? Do you finally assure them that things will be better? Do you thank them for helping you achieve your goals? Do you tell them they were wrong to think less of you in the past?

7. HOW DO YOU RESPOND WHEN OTHERS PRAISE YOU?

Visualization exercises may last for longer or shorter durations, depending on the way you want them. Imaginary conversations may also have a room during visualization. When others congratulate you for having realized your dream, how would you respond to them? Do you congratulate them back? Do you stay humble? Do you become proud? Would you feel that you have made them proud?
