In the following article, I will pose you several questions. By answering these questions, you will begin to understand which of your current lifestyle habits you should change to see visible fat loss results!
First of all, are you drinking at least six to eight glasses of water each and every single day? Water makes up 70 per cent of our muscle mass, and the more lean muscle mass you have, the greater your metabolism, helping you to burn more fats. Also, drinking sufficient water will help to prevent water retention effect. Water retention occurs when you drink too little water, or take foods with too much salt, resulting in your body grab onto every single water molecule when you next drink water. This gives your face and body a bloated and chubby look.
Next, what are the type of snacks you usually eat? Are they potato chips or biscuits? Do you find yourself constantly chugging down alcohol or soda drinks? Junk foods like potato chips and biscuits are high in salt content, resulting in water retention effect. Alcohol will cause you to deposit visceral fats around your abdominal region, resulting the famous beer belly. Soda drinks contains lots of sugar content, which will result in blood sugar levels spikes within your body. This will then cause you to accumulate more fats around your body.
Are you taking too much white bread or white rice? White bread and rice are full of processed carbohydrates. These carbohydrates are removed mostly of their fiber content, which means that you will feel hungrier within a shorter period of time when you take them. This easily results in overeating. Therefore, you should opt to take your daily dietary source of carbohydrates from other foods. Great examples are leafy green vegetable and brown rice. Start to love these foods, and you will soon reap effective fat loss results!
After answering the above questions, you may notice that some of your responses or answers may be less than ideal or need addressing. If you want to successfully lose weight, then you may need to start taking charge of your lifestyle and habits.
