How to Get Exactly What You Need, Want & Desire

What if I told you, you could change your daily experiences by adding just 3 things to your routine? Better yet, they are free and almost effortless.  This is what I call, "No risk, high reward living."  These are things that I practice everyday and if I can find time to do them so can you.

Years ago, I hired a life coach because I felt like I needed guidance.  She quickly told me that I needed to take time for myself, in fact, she said, "get selfish."  I was a wife and mother to 3 children, two of which were in school, homeschooled, by me.  I was also trying to start my business, help my husband with his business and all the stuff that comes along with being a woman.  Selfish? I can't even pee in peace.  This woman is crazy, however I was paying her because I was at the end of my rope. So, I thought, what the Hell.  I'll try it!  I could also tell my family that I had to take time for myself because the Dr. said so.  If you are like me, you just get up and hit the ground running.  Many others walk around like robots feeling that life is happening to us not created by us.

I am here to tell you that you create your experience good or bad.  Not that you can stop others from doing what they will do but you definitely can decide how you will respond.  My philosophy is Empower yourself to Create the life you desire and Thrive!  

1. Be grateful:

Start a gratitude journal.  No matter how bad things are you can still find something to be grateful for. You can do this in the morning or the evening.  I write in my journal at the end of the day.  I list all the things, people and experiences that were positive. When you are grateful your energy will actually begin to shift and vibrate on a higher frequency.  This is where you begin to create the positive experiences you want. The principle is the Law of Attraction states that like attracts like, whether it is positive or negative.  Here's an example: Have you ever felt so good that you just knew that today was your day, you were vibin? Things usually stay good all day and when you get home you feel accomplished and satisfied.  The flip side are those days when you wake up on the wrong side of the bed and things just go from bad to worse.  Be grateful- Vibe High

2. Visualize/Set Your Intention

Intention-

I do this before I get out of bed.  What kind of day will I have?  I check my energy.  This can be done by just breathing and taking notice of how your body feels.  If it's a high energy day set your intention that you will have an abundance of energy and joy to accomplish your tasks.  If you are transitioning back into work from vacation or an illness, be easy with yourself.  Set the intention that your day will be rewarding and calm, everything will get done at the perfect time.  The key to setting intention is stating how you want your day to evolve.  You have a direct line to Spirit, God and the Universe (use whatever word feels good to you.)  Ask for what you need and want.  Remember, like attracts like so be positive.  Now, on to the fun part.  

Visualizing-

 This is where the magic happens and you Create your experience!  Do you have a big meeting or a deal going down?  See it, feel it, shake those hands, see those faces smiling back at you.  See those heads nodding in agreement.  Feel the excitement in your body when you get exactly what you want.  Whatever you have in front of you- see and feel yourself going through the motions.  Even if you have something negative you must deal with, see yourself going through it effortlessly.  See a positive or neutral outcome.  Especially in matters of health you always want to visualize yourself healthy, actually visualize healthy cells, feel yourself healthy.  "The mind cannot distinguish between what is real and what is vividly imagined."

3. Protect Your Energy

Have you heard of an energy vampire?  They are real.  They can be your family, friends, clients, colleagues or strangers.  Anyone who thrives on literally sucking the energetic life out of you.  They are negative, no matter how many solutions you give them, they always come up with another problem.  These vampires always have a negative outlook on life, its always someone else's fault.  They can be jealous or gossips.  Of course, we know that you can’t control people but you can control who gets to you.  Everyday and sometimes many times throughout the day I have to block my energy.  Its simple to do just say, "I allow only love and light from the highest source of truth and compassion," or "I only allow what is for my highest good and purpose."  It doesn't matter what you say, just make sure that it feels right to you.  I also state that no negative energy is allowed.  Then I ask for an "impenetrable shield of white light protection," and through visualization I place a bubble around myself, my children, my car, etc.  It works for everything.  You must know your boundaries, meaning what will you put up with and what is a deal breaker.  Protecting your energy means walking away or stopping a conversation or situation until your energy can handle this. This is actually a very cool technique that works.  If someone comes to me frazzled and crazy, I will say to them, "my energy can't handle you right now, lets set a time later when you are calm to talk."  Of course, there may be a variation of that but you get the point.  It makes people responsible for the energy and vibe they are bringing to the situation.
